Do you charge extra money for booking online?
No, it’s absolutely free. YatriCab.com understands the value of your money, we don’t charge any extra money; you are paying only the amount which is being setup by the Travel operators. For online booking, we charge a four percent service fees and if you want tickets home delivered, we charge only Rs. 30 per delivery depending upon the area location.

How can I order a home delivery?
For home delivery, contact us by dialing our customer care help line number or you can write via e-mail. Our executive will book an auto-rickshaw or taxi ticket for you and it will be delivered at a time most convenient to you. You can also order a home delivery by login to our website (except for same day travel). We have home delivery as a payment option on the payment page. You can leave your delivery information there. We will call to confirm the details you have provided us and dispatch the ticket. Please remember home delivery option is currently available only in Delhi and NCR area.
In case the requested vehicle which you had booked doesn’t come on time, do call us and we will provide you an alternate vehicle at the same time (depending upon the availability of the vehicle) or will give you a full refund. We understand your time so we ensure with our travel partners that the booked Taxi or Auto rickshaw reaches on time.
Can I cancel my booking online?
All the booked tickets can be cancelled online except for the ticket which was booked by cash on delivery payment option. Cancellation of booking is possible by calling our customer service number (011) 64647779 or (+91) 9555 3 22273. Just follow these steps:
- Call our Customer service number.
- Tell them your ticket number and the e-mail ID that was provided at the time of booking.
- Tell them to cancel the booking.
Your ticket will be cancelled within minutes and the status will be updated in My Booking.
The Cancellation charges are based on the following things-
2 Days or 48 hours before the journey
No charge (fully refundable)
1 Day or 24 hours Before the journey
5% of the total ticket fare
Less than 24hours before the journey
10% of the total ticket fare
*Less than 6 hrs before departure

Can I re-schedule my booking after cancelling my existing booking?
Yes, sure you can reschedule your booking. The charges which you will have to pay will be based on your cancellation time period and fee.
How can I get a refund in case I cancel my ticket?
The refund will be provided as per our cancellation policy. After the relevant fee deduction the amount will be processed and credited to your account. Refund will be carried out within seven working days once one of the above mentioned criteria is met. Once the refund has been successfully processed, you will receive a refund notification via email. Keep this refund notification safely for checking against your monthly credit card statement.
